Things are going very well with the India ministry. The church we are helping rebuild is well udnerway. If you’d like to see a picture of it and also the pastor and his family in front of their tiny hut email me and I’ll send you a copy. In a month the building should be completed.
Many reports continue to come in from the pastors where we ministered last January. There is much excitement for they say their churches and people are growing and their ministries have been strengthened from the teaching and books they received when we visited them. There are many good things happening in the church in that part of India. Please please keep praying for the pastors and Christians there. Life is very difficult for them and the enemy attacks all the more to stop their growth. So far we’ve had the privilege of holding 60 pastors’ conferences and training about 2000 pastors and 500 wives. We thank God that great opportunity to help these fine men of God!
Pastor Moses will be going to many of these places in August and holding follow-up conferences using materials we have provided. This will be to encourage them and train new pastors as well. The cost is $2,000, so pray God provides for this need.
I am working on plans for my January 2013 visit for I must soon get plane tickets before costs increase. Pray for God’s guidance as I work on these plans, especially whom God would have go along with me for all or part of this trip. If you or anyone you know, male or female, is interested have them get in touch with me soon.
Also pray for God to be providing the costs for the conferences in 2013. The Indian economy is in worse shape than here or Europe and costs are rising dramatically. Four weeks of conferences in January will cost about $10,000 in addition to personal travel and housing costs. Pray God would provide this so we can move ahead with plans and make down payments where necessary.
